My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the customer service was commendable, and the pool area was spacious and well-maintained, I experienced significant issues with room cleanliness and the dining options left much to be desired. The access to parks via water taxi was convenient, but there were times when it felt more of a hassle than expected.
